Raabta Holidays: Our Promise if Your Plans Shift

Things happen. We’ll always be clear and fair if you need to change your trip.

The Basics:

• To cancel, email us info@raabtaholidays.com. Please don’t call or message on WhatsApp.
• Your first booking payment won’t be returned.

If You Need to Cancel Your Trip:

• Cancel over 30 days before you leave: You will lose 50% of your full trip cost.
• Cancel between 15-30 days before you leave: You will lose 75% of your full trip cost.
• Cancel within 15 days of your leave date: You will lose the full trip cost (no money back).

If You Want New Travel Dates:

• Change dates more than 30 days out (India trips only): No extra charge to pick new dates.
• Change dates within 30 days of your trip: This is not possible. It will be treated as a cancellation.

Please Know:

• We cannot give refunds for issues like storms, floods, or sudden new rules from authorities.
• Email is the only way to tell us about a cancellation or date change.
