4. Traveler Obligations
You are solely responsible for securing all mandatory travel documentation (passports, visas, health certificates) and for completing any required ID verification prior to departure.

5. Scope of Liability
Raabta Holidays acts as an intermediary between you and independent service providers (transport, accommodation, etc.). We expressly disclaim liability for any acts, omissions, losses, or events (including accidents or natural disasters) caused by these third parties or occurring during your trip.

6. Insurance Advisory
Securing comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised. We may facilitate the purchase of an insurance policy as part of your booking, but coverage is your responsibility.

Raabta Holidays acts solely as a travel company, processing travel arrangements for its customers, including, stay and transfers. We strive to offer our customers the best services each time, but we cannot be held responsible for

  • Any loss, accident, injury or irregularity 
  • Any natural disaster 
  • Government restrictions
  • Price changes by airlines or hotels
  • Loss and damage of personal belongings
